Canal Grande Venice

We were really surprised by the location of this hotel, it was so convenient being right across from the train station. The rooms were beautifully furnished and cozy, with perfect bed linens. The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices, not your typical continental breakfast. The area around the hotel had lots of restaurants and shopping options. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Located right across from the train station, super convenient. The rooms were small but beautifully furnished and cozy, with perfect bed linens. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were on the smaller side, common for European hotels. The bathroom doors needed to be shut tightly to prevent water from leaking out.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay in an amazing area near the train station. The hotel's location was perfect, as we could easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful views of the Grand Canal waterfront. Our room was fabulous, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and stunning view of the canal. The staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast served on the terrace was a lovely treat. We also enjoyed the small terrace where we could relax and watch the boats go by.

The hotel's air conditioning didn't cool the room enough, making it a bit uncomfortable at night.

Great staff, lovely rooms, ideal location. Helpful with navigation and dining suggestions. Went above and beyond when a child in our group was sick. Stored our bags and valuables safely. Yummy breakfast, free wifi. Would stay again.

The hotel is located right on the grand canal, offering stunning views of the water and passing gondolas. The rooms are sumptuous with gorgeous bathrooms, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff is attentive, polite, and sweet, making the holiday all the more special. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel offers great pre-visit assistance, providing helpful information and arranging transport from the airport.

There were some mosquito bites during our stay, which could have been prevented with some advance precautions.

We were impressed by the location of this place for being within easy walking distance to the train station and in a quiet area. The staff was exceptional at explaining transport options and tours, with impeccable service. They serve delicious bread and egg dishes on request and always happy to serve in-room breakfast. The name of this venue has everything a customer could want; bar/lounge area, restaurant, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and were really good too make our stay enjoyable. They even offered a free tour and boat ride to a local glass blowing shop. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. the hotel had its own dock, making it easy to be picked up and dropped off.

The air conditioning in the attic room was a little warm, but it is understandable considering the hot weather in Italy during August. we had a wonderful and peaceful experience at the hotel.

Lovely hotel set on the idyllic canal, providing a serene and quiet atmosphere. The location, away from the bustling areas, allows for a peaceful stay. Access to main sites is easy either by water taxi or exploring Venice's charming back streets. The Rialto room in the annex was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The breakfast, though not really good, was good. this hotel comes highly recommended and made our trip special.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was within walking distance of the train station and directly on the grand canal. We were able to easily explore the city by foot or by taking a short walk to the main boat stop. The staff here provided exceptional customer service, with personal attention and nothing being too much trouble. They made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived.
